Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DigitalProductWorld.in.
We sell digital downloadable products, which are delivered instantly after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital content, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with a few exceptions listed below.


1. No Refund on Digital Products

All products on DigitalProductWorld.in are digital files (eBooks, courses, templates, bundles, PLR content, etc.).
Once a product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, so we do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Purchased the wrong product

  • Didn’t read the description

  • Thought it was a physical product

  • “I didn’t like the content”

  • Personal reasons

  • Disliking the design, style, or format

Please make sure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.


2. Exceptions — When You Can Get a Refund

We provide refunds only under the following conditions:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount.

b) Technical Issue From Our Side

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The file is corrupted,

  • The download link does not work, and

  • Our support team is unable to fix the issue

(We ALWAYS first attempt to resolve the issue by sending a fresh working file.)

c) Failure to Deliver the Product

If you do not receive access/download links due to a technical issue and we are unable to resend them.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be given if:

  • You don’t know how to use the product

  • You assumed the product would include something not listed

  • You can’t access the file due to your own device limitations

  • You requested a refund after accessing/downloading the product


4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you meet one of the valid refund conditions listed above, contact us at:

Include:

  1. Order ID

  2. Email used for purchase

  3. Reason for refund request

  4. Screenshot (if applicable)

We respond within 24–48 hours.


5. Payment Gateway Issues

If a payment fails but the money is deducted, your bank/payment gateway may take 2–7 business days to reverse the amount.
This is not handled by us, but by your bank (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Razorpay).


6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:

  • Ban from future purchases

  • Revocation of access to products

  • Legal action in cases of fraud

7. Policy Changes

DigitalProductWorld.in reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes become effective immediately once posted.
